Mole·Master® also provides a diverse range of plant maintenance services that include wipedowns from top to bottom, locker room cleaning, lead-cleaning, and graffiti removal. Personnel bring all of their own PPE and complete all tasks safely, efficiently, and effectively. Fire prevention support includes identifying potential hot spots and suppressing fires once they have started using CO2 purging, Ambient Air Vaporizers, or Chemical Surfactants. Hydroblasting equipment covers the full range of pressure and volume requirements, from hand-held control guns to remotely operated cleaning tools.

Big·Mole and Arch·Master®: anchor of the scope.
Silo and bin cleaning using the Big·Mole remote system and Arch·Master® is typically the primary task during any plant maintenance outage. Other tasks are sequenced around the silo cleaning to maximize time-on-site efficiency.
Transfer lines and process piping cleared same visit.
Process piping, pneumatic conveyance lines, and heat exchanger tubes are cleaned with hydro lancing up to 15,000 psi. Scheduled and completed during the same outage as the silo cleaning to reduce the number of production interruptions.
Abrasive and dry ice blasting in the same mobilization.
Surface preparation, coating removal, and dry ice blasting of production equipment and process surfaces is added to the plant maintenance scope when identified during initial assessment. No second mobilization required.
Post-cleaning debris and dust removed same day.
Industrial vacuum service follows silo cleaning, blasting, and pipe cleaning to recover residual dust, debris, and recovered material. The UltraVac HVV-4915, T-475, or HiVac 250 is staged on-site and deployed as each task completes.
Heat exchangers and condensers in the same outage.
Bundling condenser tube cleaning with the broader plant maintenance scope saves the plant the cost of a separate vendor mobilization and coordinates timing so the heat exchangers are cleaned before the facility restarts.
