Equipment
Mole•Master Junior 360º™
The Junior 360°™ represents a technological breakthrough in the bulk storage/process vessel cleanout industry. The fully adjustable boom allows the unit to provide 100% (360 degree) coverage of the vessel’s interior wall(s) from the initial set-up position. The Junior 360°™ features a pneumatically actuated cutting head and hydraulic assistance for simple, one-man operation. The modular design allow for placement in virtually any vessel regardless of shape or size. Lost storage capacity is restored quickly, safety and economically without the risk of product contamination.
Arch•Master™
This small but tough miniarurized rock drill is the ideal solution for material which tends to “arch” or “bridge” across the entire vessel. The Arch Master™ was designed to create flow channels (up to 150 ft. or 45m deep) by drilling through and “unlocking” arched and bridged material. In some cases, this may be all that is required. In other instances, the Junior 360°™ may be needed to complete the cleanout process.

Hydro-Blasting
Mole•Master’s fleet of hydro-blasting equipment covers the full range of pressure and volume requirements to complete even the most difficult cleaning projects.

Pipe Cleaning
From small diameter conveying lines and condenser tube bundles to large diameter waste drains and slurry pipelines, Mole•Master™ removes build-up and blockages that reduce flow and decrease productivity.
With unique polyurethane pigs and mechanical cleaners, dry pipeline cleaning can often be accomplished without disassembling the line being cleaned. High pressure hydro-lancing can remove even the toughest scale in heat exchangers and boiler tubes.

Carbon Dioxide Purging For Fire Control
Utilizing mobile ambient air vaporizers in conjunction with liquid CO2 tankers, storage vessels can be purged of oxygen—there-by extinguishing or controlling an existing hot spot or fire located in a bulk storage or process vessel.
